Services

Supply, installation, and the years after.

Most equipment problems are not equipment problems. They are handover problems — nobody owned the installation, and nobody owned the servicing afterwards. We hold all three.

How an engagement runs

Four steps. You know at each one what has been agreed and what happens next.

  1. Consultation and site assessment

We look at the site before we quote it. Power, space, access, drainage, duty cycle and who will operate the equipment day to day.

  2. Specification and quotation

A written specification and a written price. What is included, what is not, and what the installation depends on — before anything is ordered.

  3. Delivery and installation

Delivered, installed, commissioned and handed over with the operator shown how to run it. Installation is our lane, not a subcontractor's.

  4. Scheduled service

Servicing on an agreed interval, with parts and response times written into the terms rather than negotiated after a breakdown.

After the handover

The handover is the start of the relationship, not the end of the job. Preventive servicing runs on the interval we agreed, parts are held against the equipment we installed, and the operator can call a person who has stood in that room.

  • Scheduled preventive servicing
  • Corrective repair and fault diagnosis
  • Parts supply and stock-holding
  • Operator training and refreshers
  • Condition reporting and end-of-life advice

Tell us what you need running.

Send the requirement and we will come back with a specification and a price — or tell you plainly if it is not something we should be supplying.
